夏の終わりに 2.September.2025

北日本や九州地方を襲った記録的大雨の被害に遭われた方々に心からお見舞い申し上げます。
気付けば日暮れが早くなり、アトリエの周りで聞こえるヒグラシの鳴き声が夏の終わりのもの悲しさを感じさせてくれます。
この夏は日本で史上最も暑い夏となり、数年前に国連事務総⾧が発言された「地球沸騰化」が現実のものだと痛感させられました。
取り返しがつかなくなる前に、企業だけではなく、個人でも身近なことから行動していくことがとても大切だと思いました。

 

 

At the end of summer

We would like to express our deepest sympathies to those who were affected by the record-breaking torrential rains which struck northern Japan and the Kyushu region.
Before I knew it, the days were getting shorter, and the sounds of cicadas chirping around the atelier evoked the melancholy of summer’s end.
This summer became Japan’s hottest on record, making us keenly aware that the “global boiling” mentioned by the United Nations Secretary-General years ago has become a reality.
We realized it is important not only companies but also individuals to act starting with small but everyday steps before it becomes irreversible.
