冬の足音 6.November.2025

空が澄み、清々しい季節に…と思っていましたら、もう冬の足音が近づいて来たような毎日です。
9月25日（木）〜10月1日（水）までGINZA SIX Artglorieux GALLERY OF TOKYO
で開催しました「ギメル ‒ 宝石で描く美しい四季− 」には多くの皆様に足をお運びいただき、お越しくださった皆様方にギメルの世界観を楽しんで頂くことが出来ましたらとても嬉しく感謝申し上げます。

このところ、熊による被害が毎日のようにニュースとしてとりあげられています。
今や熊は山間部だけでなく住宅地のある都市部にも現れ、人や家畜に多大な被害を与えています。これ以上被害が広がらないようにただ駆除するだけでなく、彼等の生態を知り、共存出来る道がないか至急、国をあげて対策を考えないといけないのではないかと思っています。

いずれにしましても、気候変動による様々な変化にどう対処して行くべきか、私達人間が試されているようです。

 

 

Winter’s footsteps

I thought the sky has gotten clearer and more crisp … and now it feels like winter’s footsteps are approaching.
We are deeply grateful to everyone visited “Gimel – The Beautiful Four Seasons Depicted by Jewelry” at GINZA SIX Artglorieux GALLERY OF TOKYO from Thursday, September 25th to Wednesday, October 1st. We sincerely hope all people who visited the exhibition enjoyed experiencing the world of Gimel.

Lately, bear-related incidents have been reported on the news almost everyday.
Bears now appear not only in mountainous areas but also in urban residential zones, causing significant damages to people and livestock. Rather than simply culling them to prevent further troubles, we believe we urgently need a nationwide effort to understand their ecology and explore ways to coexist.

In any case, it seems we humans are tested on how we should respond to the various changes brought by climate changes.
