ギメルの秋 1.September.2016

吹く風が肌に心地よい季節になりました。去年の秋は職人がギメルの山で松茸を見つけ、みんなで秋の滋味を分けあいました。今年も松茸はじめ、栗、あけび、むべなど自然の恵みを頂きながら、ギメルの秋は深まっていきます。

It is the arrival of the pleasant season with its soft comfortable breeze gently touching our skin.
Last autumn our staff found matsutake mushrooms in the forests of Gimel and we all enjoyed and savored the delicacy.
This year is the same, starting with matsutake mushrooms followed by chestnuts, akebi and Japanese Staunton vines as they all intertwine to go further into the depth of autumn.
