今年も冬がやってきました 1.November.2016

肌を刺すように冷たい風が吹き始め、今年も冬がやってきました。ギメルのアトリエから望む夜景はこの季節が一番きれいに見えます。今年は多くの天災に見舞われました。被災された方々には心からお見舞い申し上げます。私たちのこのかけがえのない美しい地球を守り、次の世代に引き継いでゆくのが私たちの役割です。そして、自然界の一瞬の命をジュエリーに宿らせ受け継いでいくことがギメルの使命と信じ、これからも私達は創造的な仕事を続けて参ります。

Winter has arrived with its wind biting cold. Evenings overlooking from Gimel Atelier is one of most beautiful scenery one can see, especially the winter season which is exceptional.
This year has seen the cruel damages caused by natural disasters and we offer our sincere empathy to the people affected.
It is our duty to protect and preserve our beloved earth so that we may continue to hand over the land generation after generation. With that thought, I feel that it is Gimel’s obligation to capture the beautiful moments of nature by instilling them in jewelry.
We would like to continue doing so by matching our imagination to our beautiful nature.
