ヤマモモ 15.July.2022

今年もヤマモモがたくさん獲れました。そのヤマモモはご近所のコシノヒロコさんのお宅のシェフが美味しいシロップ漬けとジャムにしてくださいました。
炭酸や紅茶で割ったり、ヨーグルトにかけて、夏らしい果物の独特の酸味と甘みを楽しんでいます。

Bayberry

Our bayberry trees grew a lot of fruits this year again. The chef at the house of Ms. Hiroko Koshino in the neighborhood made the bayberry’s delicious syrup pickles and jam.
We are enjoying the unique acidity of summer fruits and sweetness by mixing with carbonated water or black tea and with yogurt.
